Meet the Physician Behind Bayberry Clinic
Bayberry Clinic is led by Dr. Andrew Chang, a board-certified family physician and osteopathic physician who believes good medicine begins with listening. His approach combines clinical experience, direct patient relationships, and a care environment where people can feel comfortable asking questions and being themselves.
Care Shaped by Listening, Curiosity, and Trust
Dr. Andrew brings warmth, curiosity, humor, and authenticity to primary care, creating a space where patients can feel comfortable asking questions, being themselves, and taking an active role in their health.
As a physician, he values evidence-based medicine, thoughtful conversation, and care that considers the person in front of him. Patients are not rushed through a checklist. They are given time, context, and a doctor who wants to understand what is really going on.

THE STORY BEHIND THE FOLD
The Bayberry Clinic mark was inspired by Dr. Andrew’s memories of medicine in Taiwan, where pills were often wrapped by hand in small paper packets. Each fold represented care, attention, and intention
That idea became part of Bayberry’s identity:
healthcare that feels thoughtful, personal, & human.
