Bayberry Clinic operates outside of the traditional insurance model and does not qualify as insurance for Affordable Care Act (ACA) tax purposes. Our services are based on a Direct Primary Care (DPC) model, offering a defined range of primary care services, as detailed in the retainer medical agreement. Patients are responsible for covering any costs related to services not specified in the agreement.
